What is the warranty period for Altitude Campers?
Altitude Campers come with a standard period of 12 months manufacturers warranty and 5 years chassis and frame warranty. Please refer to your owner's manual or contact our customer service team for specific warranty details.
Can Altitude Campers be customised to suit specific needs?
We have a standard list of upgrades you can add to our Altitude models, however layout and construction changes are not available. Contact our sales team to discuss customisation options.
What maintenance is required for Altitude Campers?
Regular maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and checking seals is recommended to keep your Altitude Camper in optimal condition. Refer to your owner's manual for detailed maintenance instructions.
How can I view an Altitude Campers?
If you are on or near the Sunshine Coast, QLD, you can book an appointment to visit us at our manufacturing facility. Alternatively we can take you on a remote walkthrough via Skype (or similar). Contact us for more options.
What type of vehicle is suitable for towing an Altitude Camper?
Altitude Campers can be towed by a variety of vehicles, including SUVs, utes, and off-road vehicles. Ensure that your vehicle meets the towing capacity required for the specific model of Altitude Camper you choose, all with a standard ATM of 2800kg.
